PURE-EVs: Size exclusion chromatography columns

Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC) is considered one of the best methods for isolating and purifying Extracellular Vesicles (EVs) from different matrices, since fast and efficient for separating EVs from circulating proteins and for preserving the original shape and functionality of the vesicles. We developed different types of SEC columns for EV purification: PURE-EVs, miniPURE-EVs and maxi-PURE-EVs are different size of columns for EV purification from 100 ul up to 20 ml of fluids of different matrices. In addition, we provide PURE-EVs PLUS, which, together with the SEC columns, includes a TFF-Easy concentrator especially designed for concentrating diluted fluids or diluted EV preparation.

Applications: EV isolation from biofluids and cell media. Purification of pre-isolated EVs from contaminants Multiple analysis of isolated exosomes (NTA, ELISA, FACS, WB, EM, MS, nucleic acid extraction, etc).

Advantages: Easy and fast protocol (turnaround time approximately 15 minutes). Isolate exosome from small volumes of sample. PURE-EVs PLUS includes TFF-Easy concentrator especially designed for EV concentration. Reusable up to 5 times. Easy to store and ship (4°C).
